All repeat prescriptions should be in writing by completing the right side of your prescription.
We are not able to take repeat prescriptions over the phone.
You may select a pharmacy of your choice and we will send your prescriptions direct to this pharmacy saving you time having to attend the practice . Ask at reception for more information.
Patients on repeat prescriptions will require a yearly medication review. You will be contacted by the practice to make an appointment
If you have a query in relation to your medication, please contact the practice between 12pm and 1.30pm. Any calls before or after this time, you will be asked to call back.
Please allow two full working days for prescriptions to be processed and remember to take weekends and bank holidays into account. If there are any amendments or additions to your repeat medication the prescription may take up to three working days to process as the doctors have a duty to ensure that any alterations are clinically appropriate.
